While SSC exam concludes on March 25, HSC Sem 4 exam concludes on March 27
The dates for board exams conducted by Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board was announced on Friday. SSC and HSC (General and Science stream) exams will commence from March 15, 2017. This year, a total of 11lakh students in SSC, 5.5 lakh students in HSC (General stream) and 1.41 lakh students in HSC (Science stream) are set to appear for the board exams.SSC exam concludes on March 25 while HSC (Science stream) Semester 4 exam concludes on March 27.
ICSE-ISC reschedules boards; CBSE exam on Mar 9
ICSE and ISC examinations for Classes 10, 12 have been rescheduled in view of assembly polls in five states including Punjab and Uttar Pradesh. The Indian Certificate of Secondary Education (ICSE) class 10 exam, which was earlier scheduled to begin on February 27 and end on March 31, will now commence on March 10 and conclude on April 21.Similarly, the Indian School Certificate (ISC) examination for class 12, which was scheduled to begin on February 6 and conclude on April 5, will now begin on January 30 and conclude on April 26. Similarly, the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) will conduct annual examinations of Class X and Class XII exams from March 9.
