Learn Today is committed to working for excellence in education. It organises professional development workshops for teachers, Heads of institutions, and non-academic staff.

Learn Today ensures that the staff of a school shares the school’s vision and philosophy of education; and imbibes the best practices in pedagogy and values through regular workshops. The staff also participates in the Open and Regional Workshops and lectures that are organised regularly for the teachers of all schools in a region.

Bi-annual Quality Reviews are held in every Learn Today school as a form of monitoring and evaluation of the various academic and non-academic processes. The findings of these reviews guide further interventions in improving the quality for enhanced effectiveness.
