The Campus is located amid nature in Panvel, spread over 10 acres of lush green land and having eco-friendly characteristics, Prudence is home to students from all different parts of the world. Apart from having an excellent academic curriculum, Prudence International School also organizes a number of excursions and other fun activities to help children develop. Teachers at Prudence put a lot of focus on their relationship with the children and each student is treated as an individual.

Conducting K-12 classes and being one of the only schools offering boarding from Nursery onwards, the school offers CBSE and CIE as our choice of curriculums. Although tradition and culture is important aspect for Prudence International School this teaching institution employs cutting-edge technology and resources to ensure that the students have access to only the best education. The school offers a long list of sporting and co-curricular activities tagged with professional coaching and opportunities for Inter-school, District and National level competitions.

At Prudence admissions are restricted to only 350 students to ensure complete personal attention in the overall development of the child. With nutritious gourmet cuisine for all students served 5 times daily and imbedded Homework class as a part of daily schedule makes this a very hassle-free routine for the parents.

Developing students for Jobs not yet created

Your child will be competing with over 7 billion people as soon as they graduate. At Prudence we have understood the importance of such fierce competition our next generation will have to face; this understanding has led us to upgrade our teaching methods to develop students towards innovative jobs and businesses rather than following the herd.

Critical and innovative thinking needs to be instilled in children from a young age for them to have a better understanding of concepts and academic content. Teachers at Prudence focus on ‘fun’ classroom environment with use of technology and creative teaching methods with a sole purpose for students to enjoy the entire learning process. This helps us transform our students into becoming ‘learners for life’. Developing sense of social responsibilities, physical fitness and care towards the environment is what Prudence has formulated in its culture helping them build a strong moral character.

Prudence curriculum and subject options are designed to provide students with flexibility and improve their writing, communication, thinking and cognitive skills. Encouraging students to explore topics of their interests with productive use of technology, personality development, group projects and encouraging leadership traits in addition to educating them about new fields through audio/visuals and guest lectures are few adopted measure at Prudence.

At Prudence career counseling is offered to all graduating students and looking at the statistics fields of Medical, Engineering and Management Studies are over loaded and India seems to have produced enough of such talents. However, fields like Archeology, Geology, Oceanography and many more stills lack opportunity and demand in our country, but not for long.

PruFarms – International School Enterprise Challenge

We are one of the rare few schools, currently participating in an international level inter-school tournament conducted by University of Cambridge, UK. An initiative under School Enterprise Challenge encouraged our student council to incorporate a non-profit establishment named PRUFARMS.

A project on Organic farming by our IGCSE & A-Level students, where a small piece of land was allotted for them to cultivate a farm, initial capital was raised by selling fruits from the school orchard and the same was invested in buying raw materials and required tools to cultivate the farm.

PRUFARMS is an establishment completely managed by a group of 13 students looking after different departments and is guided by the teachers of the school. This challenge has helped students create a self sustaining business and create a legacy which can be carried forward by subsequent batches.

Giving back to the local community

Prudence International School, Panvel puts emphasis on giving back to the local community for the benefit of society. The school has been involved in many charitable activities right from its inception with the aim of spreading happiness in its own “cool” way.

Recently, the students of Prudence Intl’ School visited an old age home in Pen, Raigad where the school donated over 10 kgs of high quality grains and pulses and students had planned something special in their own way. All the students spent the entire day with the habitants, equipped with their guitars and other instruments; they sang for them, danced with them, organized small play for their entertainment. The day ended with tears of joy and happiness.

On their another recent visit to the local Orphanage besides the school donating pluses and grains, the students in their own special way distributed chocolates bought with their own pocket money and played lots of fun games. It was a Sunday well spent with those kids where the students clicked ‘selfies’ and watched sports with all habitants there. The Dean of Prudence Inlt’ School said “we wanted the students to experience the joy of giving and spreading happiness. This helps them build a strong and moral character”

The school is now in process of joining hands with a few NGO’s where such contributions will be a constant affair. “We don’t believe in simply giving away money for a good cause, we want to be a part of the entire process and ensure the promise is delivered” said Vidhi Khandhar – Executive Director.
