Vision & Leadership
1.School Vision:
While the phrase, “all students can learn at all levels” is what I feel Pinewoods is about. Pinewoods faces the challenges of diversity of students coming from various backgrounds, including English-language learners, students with disabilities, but finally with a broad level of support in addition to skill development , strong vision and belief system, we make a difference. It takes more than one person to instill lasting change. I, the principal spearheading with teams of adults (my staff) and my students function together as a collective voice. As we engender continuity and cohesiveness to the school culture, as well as drive unified expectations and direction by empowering all stakeholders, from students to parents and to teachers. The institution offers a number of courses, considers teachers’ needs for instructional planning, and accommodates extra-curricular activities in its yearly fixture.
