Admission Details
The Admission Process for the academic year is available in the school. There are limited vacancies available in Nursery to Class VIII. Interested parents are requested to contact the school office between 09:00 AM to 01:00 PM on any working day.

OBTAINING ADMISSION FORM:
Parents meeting the age criteria as per eligibility could acquire the Admission Form along with School Prospectus from school office against payment of Rs. 500/-
SUBMITTING ADMISSION FORM & COLLECTING ADMIT CARD: The Admission Form should be completed in all aspects along with supporting documents listed hereunder:
- Certified English Copy of Ward's Birth Certificate
- Medical Fitness Certificate
- A copy of Previous and Current year's Mark Sheets
- Special achievements/awards certificates if any, and
- 8 latest passport size colour photographs of the student
- 2 passport size colour photographs of the father & mother each
After submission of the Admission Form, parents will be issued an Admit Card for the Entrance Test which will be needed when your ward appears for the test.
ENTRANCE TEST:
The tests will be conducted as follows:
- Pre-Primary : Informal Testing on General Awareness (No Entrance Test)
- Class I to V : English, Mathematics, Environmental Studies & Hindi
- Class VI to VIII : English, Mathematics, Science & Hindi
The test, written & oral will based on basic concepts and skills of the grade the student is studying. i.e. In the Entrance Test of class V, the questions will be based on syllabus of class IV. Students must carry compass box with them while appearing for the Entrance Test. Calculators or other electronic devices are not permitted.
The Entrance Test is conducted on prefixed dates between 09:00 AM to 01:00 PM.
RESULTS OF ENTRANCE TEST AND PERSONAL INTERACTION:
Results of the Entrance Tests are declared on the next day of the test. It will place on the school notice board and selected/short-listed students will be communicated in person or through Phone / SMS / email to complete admission formalities.
Personal interaction of the parents with the School Management Committee also takes place on the same day. Admission Offer Letter will be issued to the selected students. Parents of not selected students will also be informed.
SUBMISSION OF DOCUMENTS
Offer of admission is followed by the following formalities.
- Signing the Admission Offer Letter
- Filling-up Undertaking Forms
- Application for opting lunch Facility (Only for Day School students)
- Confirming for the bus routes (School buses ply on fixed pick up points only; the bus route are not changed during entire academic year.)
- The final authority regarding approval of admission of a student lies with the Principal.
ELIGIBILITY FOR ADMISSION
The age of the students, as on 1st April of the Academic year should have completed, for
- Play Group : 2 1/2 years (Two and half year)
- Jr. K.G. : 3 1/2 Years (Three and half year)
- Sr. K.G. : 4 1/2 years (four and half year)
- 1st : 5 1/2 years (Five and half year)
Filling and submitting of application form does not guarantee admission to the school. The decision of the school authorities will be final and binding. Any false or incorrect information supplied may summarily reject the enrollment.
